If you've seen the 30th anniversary concert you know he threw the hat into the crowd.
I asked the seller about this and he said he thinks MJ sent someone into the crowd to retrieve it and the gave it to Klein. I asked to see what the paperwork says but he wouldn't send it.

He then called me an idiot etc etc

I don't doubt this was MJs hat but to say its concert worn....I highly doubt that
