Michael Jackson real or secretarial?

Hi guys,

I bought 'Michael Jackson autograph' as MJ is my absolutley favourite. But after reading many pages on this forum I am almost sure its secretarial autograph. Could someone please give me your opinion?

Also, what do you guys think about this signed Moonwalk book? Thank you so much
