Signed in blue sharpie. Said to have been obtained in 2008 in Los Angeles. Any thoughts are appreciated.

In defense of PSA they are better when holding the item. The QO service is not all that reliable but I would bet PSA passes that if you send it in

Yes, they might but at a 100$ fee to authenticate MJ plus shipping and insurance both ways it's a risk I can't take. I'd rather have it authenticated by Roger who gave me a thumbs up.
