Michael Jordan Autograph - Real?

Before I send this MJ Autographed 8x10 photo to JSA, I want to see what some of you think.

It does have COA, but not from a Notable Company. The COA was dated in the year 1999.

This is not authentic in my opinion and not worth sending in to JSA.

I agree with the others. Not authentic. The start of the M is too sharp. The end bit of the M is way to round.
