Unfortunately I would say not authentic. Seeing the signed picture is of '97-98 team narrows down his signature style which the "M" second arch is usually lower than first arch and the "Jordan" is usually slightly more underneath the "Michael" part of the signature. I also notice an atypical loop after the "J" is executed to finish out the rest of his last name. Again, who knows the circumstances maybe these atypical mistakes were the results for being rushed and signing quickly for the masses I don't know but it doesn't match well w his Upper Deck authenticated signatures since 1998.
