Just the M I think, you can also see "folds" in the fabric and the shakiness happens along that.

The jersey ended up for $700. What I did not mention is that it was certified by Upper Deck. The $700 was within my budget for a Jordan jersey, BUT I was not comfortable with this one. Like you mentioned Terrier, it looks shaky. I first thought it was because of folds in the fabric that he signed over, but there were too many and it did not match up. I'm guessing that the seller or someone else traced over an authentic, but faded, Jordan autograph.
