They are indeed.  Unfortunately it just doesn't happen as often as it should.  There was a very embarrassing write up of items that JSA turned down simply because they came with certifications from Morales, even items they had previously certified they later turned down after Morales certified them.  While no one is a Morales fan, the customer is still paying to have the signature examined regardless of the certification that it comes with.

Quick opinions are notorious for being overly conservative, and it's unfortunate because they immediately contact eBay who pulls the listing and disciplines the seller.  I have seen Steiner and PSA certified items (with no paperwork or holograms showing) given "likely not genuine" results even though they are perfect examples of their respective celebrity's signature.

Steve, I think this is authentic. Looks exactly like other exemplars I've seen.
