Hello all! My name is Mike and I’m new to the boards, and the hobby of collecting autographed baseballs. I bought a Mantle ball off eBay a few months ago to give to my Father for Christmas. It was from a seemingly reputable seller and it came authenticated by one of the “big 3” in 3rd party authenticators, with a full LOA. It definitely wasn’t cheap either, so it wasn’t a “too good to be true” price. Maybe I’m being paranoid, but I was wondering what you guys thought? I know sometimes the authenicators don’t always get it right.
Thanks!!

Hi, I think this one is good.

Thanks for your response John!
Its fine
Thanks bud! I was worried about how the “M” in Mantle looked. But I have seen a few similar.
One last thing....sorry for all the questions. It’s just nice to find a place like this with people who are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I was wondering if I overpaid for this ball? It’s pretty clean with really no spotting. It’s a Bobby Brown ball. I paid 560 with shipping.

Thank you so much
