Seller claims he got In person and Psa then graded it at a later date.  Scans doesnt show Psa sticker and I'm not an expert when it comes to Moose.  Anyone have an idea on this? and is that later date nonsense possible?  Usually I accept anything from PSA with open arms but a friend of mine has a situation where a seller forged one of those cert cards and the item didn't have a sticker.  Also, Psa doesn't take pictures of items with cert cards and only does so if a LOA is issued which makes it possible to forge them I am guessing.  Thanks in advance.  -Mike
