muhammad ali update

hi, i would like you opinions on this piece as i cannot make my mind up for sure if its genuine or not. i see flaws and resemblance in parts of the signature, so not sure.

ive found another that i would like a second opinion on.

the second one is close, but really hard to see because of the quality of the photo and the thickness of the sharpie.
