I can tell you that picture is TTM so more than likely its autopen like all the others I seen and received back.

Here is an authentic, signed in person Ali autograph in my personal collection. As you can see, the 'M' in your example is way off. This image is a cell phone pic of an original 11x14 signed photo stored in protective plastic until I can get it framed. :)
