Yeah. There was someone else who said they had some concerns with it so reached out to Roger Epperson. He verified that it is real and knows its provenance.

It is hard to argue with provenance, but I have to wonder what the source is. I have seen these before, and there are many flaws here. I can see why someone else had concerns. I mean it respectfully too. I know that Roger is very good, but I strongly disagree with his opinion in this case. I have been studying GNR autographs for years, and they are the only autographs I am good with. I found some other autographs supposedly signed the same year. They are by the same hand that signed yours, but not signed by the band. I will post them below. I am not trying to be disrespectful or anything, but I just want to make my case and show you where I am coming from. Thank you.
