I'm a vintage boot collector/dealer, and just got in this pair of cowboy boots that are signed by someone - presumably a musician at a concert.  Have no clue what the autograph says.  Someone suggested that the whimsical flourish looks like Ian Anderson's signature, of Jethro Tull.

Help wanted with this in the worst way!
