I'm not the expert that most on here are, but it looks right to me.  I wouldn't buy an unauthenticated Jeter without knowing more about the reputation of the seller though.

Is old upper deck authentication trust worthy ?

Upper Deck has always been trustworthy. Not all secondhand dealers are ... so some stickers have been relocated to inauthentic items. Unfortunately, Upper Deck has not maimtained their database of sticker numbers very well with older items.

This is a 2005 upper deck origins.  

I know topps is usually no issues.  Just curious on this

Yes, I see it now ... this was issued with the autograph in a pack.  I think that you are safe.
