Jan: I think you are right! It made no sense that this was Neil Armstrong the astronaut but you've got to be a hockey guy to know this. I guess that's why we have these discussions. The seller is Mill Creek Sports and the original listing says only:

This is a 3x5 Index Card that has been hand signed by Neil Armstrong. It has been authenticated by PSA/DNA and comes encapsulated in their tamper-proof holder.

No intended deception here as far as I can see, but with apologies to all hockey fans, who ever heard of Neil Armstrong, the NHL referee? Mystery solved.Thanks for everyone's input.
