New to the site, need help

I'm new to the site but I have been selling collectibles for the last 30 years.  I have now inherited a collection of about 20 autographs and need some guidance.  Any help would be appreciated.

Heres two.  Signed by Napoleon III, 1860.  Have the envelope also.  Second one is King George III counter signed Hillsborough 1780.
