Even with little knowledge of Nirvana this looks like a horrible fake signed by the same forger one after another. Same pen strokes, same size letters. I would be absolutely shocked if this was authentic and signed by all 3 members of Nirvana.

I'm not so sure it's a fake.  I have seen some similar.  It's just really hard to tell.
