Nirvana Kurt Cobain Signed Nevermind CD Cover GOOD or BAD ????

Good or Bad is the question here.  It looks good to me, PSA quick opinion didn't like it.  I do not always trust the PSA quick opinion, especially when it comes to Nirvana.  Let me know what you think??  Thanks
