Number on Mantle ball panel? Scoreboard?

Hi everyone, quick question:

Have a Mantle No. 7 inscription ball already PSA LOA'd.  Question is, what is the number that is on one of the panels?  Hearing it may have been done by Scoreboard when it was signed as a way to authenticate it, but not sure.

Any help is appreciated.
