Obama and psa

Got this for Obama signed Time Mag for Christmas. It came with a older gai cert and Steve said that he did in fact think it was good.

Got the notification today from psa that it is not good. I just can't seem to win when it comes to President!!

I appreciate you taking the time and looking at it.. wouldn't it be helpful for PSA to say.. "WE think its not authentic because...." for instance the B is off. But for $100 you dont get anything??

Oh definitely I agree 100% Mark it would be nice if they gave you some sort of idea. Instead of just throwing $100 to anyone for them to say "Nope" then send it back.

I'm just trying to figure out why they passed the other 2, and not yours... Perhaps the exemplars they have did not match up with the B spacing, and "shaft" (I can't help it the top part of his B looks like a penis at the 90 degree angle)

I am no Obama expert AT ALL just pointing out some things I noticed were off. Look at this and notice the red lines showing the spacing, as well as the "thickness" of the top part of the B (red circles). The PSA examples don't look like yours.

Maybe Obama flattened the "B" to stay within the white shipping label box. Anyone would subconsciously do that and it could affect the look and shape of the letter you are trying to fit within something. Looks pretty good to me, but I am new and have my own discussion post with questionable Obamas I just acquired.
