opinion on this mattingly piece?

Guy says the COA is directly from Don's former manager.....I guess he means agent?  Anyone know mattingly's sig pretty well?

Brandan this appears to be authentic, but opinions aren't worth much when the quality of the photos is horrible. If you are seeking opinions please post a nice photo of the sig.

If you can get a clearer scan I can tell 100% either way, I study Mattingly every day and am a huge collector of his. (I'm from his hometown)

Also Ray Schulte is Don's player rep and items with his COA are usually grossly overpriced.
