Opinions on EBAY Seller authenticmemorabilia from Sunset South Carolina

Is this the same group that had an  associate  who was arrested  a few years ago:  http://www.fbi.gov/chicago/press-releases/2011/three-men-plead-guil...     Authentic Sports Memorabilia?    They have something that is PSA/DNA certified... and looks legit, I just don't want to give my business to those types of establishments.
