Opinions on Paul Walker index card wanted please.

Any members with an opinion on this would be greatly appreciated. Its mine, already failed one 'Quick Opinion'.

Yes, after browsing on here I'd realised It might not have been the best choice. Will set up an account with ACOA and see what happens with the Walker.

ACOA is great
They also certified my Paul walker
