I always struggle to identify MJ's later autographs -- and I actually like them a little better.  Thoughts on the two below?  I tend to think the first one is no good and second one is fine but wondering what the opinions are and any tips on specific characteristics to looks for in the later autographs?  Appreciate the help!!
