Opinions on this LeBron James auto?

I've seen a lot of LeBron autos in my day, it looks good to me, but I might just have my blinders on. Anyone have any opinion? It's got a COA from Take 2, which was a sports memorabilia and framing store, but I'm not sure if that helps at all.
