Original Bailes Brothers letter regarding Hank Williams, Sr.

I have a 10 page hand written letter from Walter Bailes of the Bailes Brothers (who broke Hank Williams, Sr. into country music) regarding Hank Williams, Sr. right before he passed away.  Am interested in selling.  

Attached is a file with the first two pages.
