Signed through TTM. Recieved less than a week after I sent. Mailed it to the Ravens facility where others had responses. 

Real or not real? The size is definitely right. The HOF 99 is where he'd sign it. The signature though... gives me secretarial vibes. Thoughts?

unfortunately you received a stamped signature. he started using a stamp a little over a year ago. here are two examaples that match your signature
