Just got mine. In a plastic bag with no backing. Bent all to hell. Garbage.

Same thing with mine..in plastic bag with no protective cardboard...sent message to customer service.....here is the reply.....

It was at the bottom of the invoice/receipt of purchase.  Sent last night and had a reply by 9:30 am. this morning.

Looks like they are going to fix it. Email I just received
