Paul McCartney Flowers in the dirt Tour special signed by Paul and Linda

Need your opinion. What is a Paul McCartney Flowers in the dirt Tour special CD signed by Paul and Linda McCartney worth or better what would it be worth to you. May have the opportunity to buy one but don't want it badly in my collection.

it all depends on the quality (and authenticity) of the signatures.
