Paul McCartney thoughts please

Hi, 

I'd be grateful for thoughts on this one - I bought it from the music exchange shop in Notting Hill Gate, London, around 15 - 20 years ago for not much at all so assumed it was fake but took a chance anyway. Have just dug it out and would appreciate the thoughts of people in the know! :)
