may I have your opinion on this Peter Falks?

Seller guarantees both as authentic and I trust him, but want to get some more information..

First one (best wishes) with typical „f“ (for me) in Falk - ttm ~1990.

Second one (all my best) different to this. Found a few similar ones online... maybe his older graph?
