Phil Collins and Genesis Real or Pre-Printed

Genesis put out a Encore Series Mini Sampler of Live CDs.  I think 20 came in three package with a signature card.  If this card real or were these auto printed?

Must be real, I own one from Peter Gabriel.

This was when it first went on sale.  It says signature card signed.  Just wanted to make sure these were actually real and not pre-printed.
