Please guys, I need your advice again. I really want this KISS signed item..if it is genuine!

The eBay seller says that Gene and Paul signed this in 2007, Ace and Peter in 2012. Help guys, I like this item...

The signatures are very sloppy if they are real. Why not go to a kiss website or buy one of the nicely signed kiss lithographs.
