Presidential Signed Speeches - Are They Worth More Than Autographs?

Hi, I own some speeches given and signed by President Bill Clinton, personally inscribed to yours truly.  Are Presidential speeches worth more than mere autographs?  What might they be worth?  Thank you.

What do you mean by speeches?  Is it handwritten by President Clinton?  Is it an official White House document?  Anything handwritten and topical would be worth more than just an autograph on an index card for example.  Post a picture and give us some more information and we can help you further.
