Problem with signature stuck to protective sleeve - help??

Hello All - 

I recently got something I sent off to get signed - they put them in the protective sleeves to soon and the signature is 1/2 on the sleeve.

Have you ever dealt with this?? Is there a way to transfer back to the photo.. ideas??  Are they just totally ruined?  Should I frame them in the protective sleeve??  They line up pretty well.. 

I have emailed the company so I am waiting to see if they make it right before I name them.  The main problem I have is I invested a lot in getting the others to sign the photos.

You have some problems with stickers and this one also. Poor bloke.

UPDATE - 

I have been in contact with the company and they instructed me that they were going to take the Billy Dee Williams signatures off the pieces and have them redone.  When… we are not sure at this time.  I told them that I could probably get the signatures off, myself, and save the shipping.    So… last night I accomplished the task with no problem.  :)  

The company is refunding me my money and hopefully the shipping as well.  So I am satisfied with the outcome.  :)  

Now to get them resigned. lol!
