Ramones Signed Magazine - Real?

I came across this Ramones signed magazine and not sure if it's authentic or fake.  I'm a big Ramones fan and would love to have this framed up but I don't want to be duped into a fake. Can anyone add some color to this?  The seller said that he had them sign it at a party in Rome in 1989 at a record shop called "Disfunzioni Musicali".

The Marky Ramone signature seems off to me as I haven't seen it with the underline coming off of the "y" before.

The Johnny Ramone also looks off to me.
