Real or not? Bulls 3peat ball

I'm considering buying this bulls 3 peat ball from a private collector. He's an older guy, everything he has is either Steiner, upper deck, or field of dreams. He can't find the certificate for this, and has no idea where he got it from. He just knows it wasn't a big company, can you guys help me?

But thought I'd check first...

The only other question I have for you is regarding the pistol pete ball I posted earlier today. Pretty impressive signature, I'm praying it's legit. I found it a couple weeks ago and have wanted one for close to a decade. would love your opinion guys
