some of you might know director richard donner was a generous signer through the mail but recently the returns have been coming back with a questionable shortened signature. one of these shortened signatures popped up on ebay and it was authenticated by beckett. my question is, how? or why? has anyone ever seen donner sign like this? in all previous cases he would sign using his full beautiful signature. just about a year and a half ago people started getting this shortened signature. if there is no examples of him ever signing like this, how can beckett fully authenticate this when there's nothing there that tells you it's authentic. there's no similarities at all. are they just assuming it's real? did some clueless guy make a mistake? i've seen and heard a lot of questionable things about beckett lately and this just adds to that list
