I am looking at buying this Ringo autograph and wondering about it's authenticity. The autograph is signed on the front page of the Vancouver Sun newspaper above an article about Ringo's private concert appearance in Vancouver as a warm up to the start of his Third Allstar Band tour in 1995.

1) Does it appear to be authentic?

2) What kind of value might it have?
