early Ripken sig.  The "R" is a little unusual but I think this is good.  Game used bat?

Very intuitive Justin. Yes, game used from ‘87. PSA/Taube + Mears . I was curious if anyone was going to pick that up that’s why I didn’t mention much in the title....you’re good.

I just purchased myself a Ripken game used bat from 83-84 with a LOA from PSAbats.  Has the briefer Ripken sig though he tightened it up by the mid 90s.  Very nice bat congrats

Congrats to you also! I don’t think his bats will ever go down in price. I thought that he’s a solid investment. He was very particular and guarded on his GU stuff during his career so it’s not plentiful

Yes he was guarded on his equipment.  I also like the look of the earlier bats he used in the 80s I think they display nicer.  The bats he used 91-97 are more vanilla looking.  Enjoy!  I thought I had seen this bat before just looked again and I was “watching” this bat!
