ROGER WATERS AND ROCK COLLECTORS IS THIS AUTHENTIC ? ANY AND ALL OPINIONS ARE APPRECIATED

Whats up guys...I acquired this from Germany about a month or so ago and its actually pending authentication...I got it quite cheap and since I know really not much about Rock autos or Pink Floyd autos for that matter I would love to hear your thoughts on this Roger Waters auto...please help me out guys...I have already a positive opinion on it but would love to hear more opinions on it...let me know guys

Thanks Mike...I really appreciate it...even if it was signed to me I would love it just as much...I have read that Gilmour only signs personalized stuff...I fit had my name on it it would be awesome but either way I appreciate your thoughts regardless the outcome on this one...
