Rolling Stones Promo Card December 1963

I recently lost an auction for a RS signed item and couldn't resist buying instead a signed promo card (from Dec 1963) from Tracks. I got it for 1.6k pounds. What do you think , did I overpay for the item ? I have seen some more examples of these promo cards, anyone can shed some light as to why there are so many popping up recently ?

1600.00 pounds is a good price on this promo card congrats for the nice find.there has been a lot of them surfacing lately,here is the one I own at the moment.
