Don't think it's authentic, Mick and Keith's autograph looks a bit strange to me.

IMO, It looks like the seller went out and bought a Rolling Stones unsigned litho, then tried forging all their signatures on it, trying to make it look like the limited edition signed/numbered lithos. None of those signature look legit to me.
