Hey all!  I'm hoping someone can help me out with this.  My grandfather sold real estate in the '70s, '80s, and early '90s.  He was a huge Ronald Reagan fan.  He sold a house to a client who was good friends with a local senator in our state.  This client got him this picture and autograph.  I have a picture of the envelope it came in.  I don't know if the senator sent this off or what, but I think it's odd it got sent through the mail.  Couldn't my grandfather have just done that?  Anyway, that is all the info I have.  I acquired it when my grandfather passed away 6 years ago.

Wondering if it is a secretarial signature or signed by Reagan.  Thanks!
