Ronald Reagan Signed Picture

Recently I've been in the market for some Reagan autographs and found these pictures supposedly signed by Reagan. Out of all the same style pictures I've found the handwriting is different and (from what I've learned) don't look secretarial. I'll post pictures of a couple of examples, the one I'm looking at buying is the one signed to Carlos. Id like to get a second opinion before I buy one so any help is appreciated!
