The "bizarre" niche of the collectibles industry seems to feed off of , more than anything else, the "shock affect".
The LA Times, NY Times, Fox News and the list goes on, have all been reporting on a vial of Ronald Reagan's blood being auctioned in Britain. Blood that was claimed to have been taken days after his assassination attempt. Then about an hour ago I received a news flash that the auction had halted the sale of the vial , as the latest high bid was at $30,000.
Yesterday NPR Los Angeles requested an interview , even though I am not a collector or dealer of "body parts" . Nevertheless, quite entertaining, particularly what one caller said during the interview. Interview link is below.
