Any comments on this, the website sells lots of stuff real cheap which makes me skeptical. Comments on the attached and website in general would be greatly appreciated.

I can't really make out the Alex or Geddy signatures to even guess but I"m familiar with Neil and that looks pretty close in my opinion.  Compare it with some of the signatures you can google on his book signing of Far and Away

Autograph Store is a forgery outfit, and most people on this forum would strongly advise against even considering a purchase from them.

No chance those are authentic regardless of the story they tell.
