Sammy Davis Jr. Porgy and Bess signed photos legit?

I purchased the photos in a local estate auction. The couple spent many years obtaining their collection, and had hundreds of signed photos. I have not been able to find any movie stills like them. The date on the bottom is 1959. I know 1960 was the first year the felt tip pen was introduced. Any information would be most appreciated. Thank you.
