I'm still learning the ropes of authenticating MJ's signature; I'm a huge fan and just want to get my paws on something real!

Came across these 2 pieces, do you all think they are authentic?

What are some of the key identifiers you'd be looking out for?

Second image: Framed signature of MJ from Walt Disney World.

Third image: Reverse side of the framed signature showing authentication from Walt Disney World - is this reliable?
