I have gotten Shaq several times in person.  Do you have any information regarding the date/era in which this signature was signed?  That might help, he switched his signature over the years.  I have some That you can almost make out the entire "Shaquille" and others that are just the "S" with the "H" line in to the "Q."  The latter were signed most recently.
